'ThriftBridgeYard started from a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a quaint, family-owned shop that cherished and followed age-old recipes passed from one generation to the next.

'Marco Rossi', our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making through her explorations across Italy, learning from acclaimed pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza's hometown. After she returned to the UK, her aim was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to traditional techniques and the best ingredients.

Our journey began with a humble 12-seat eatery and has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem. Still, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains intact. We persist in using classical wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and selecting only top-notch ingredients.

Currently, 'ThriftBridgeYard' is still under family ownership and leadership, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm of our devoted team. We've adopted modern improvements, yet our core mission endures: to craft scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites patrons.
