Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +44 20 7946 0958. Orders can only be canceled before they have been prepared. Once preparation has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Order Issues
If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, we ask that you contact us within 2 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and explain the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, which may include replacing your order or providing a refund to your original payment method.
Returns

Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the delivery service failed to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe or the issues with the order are attributable to the delivery service.
Gift cards, promotional items, and any lemonades like soda or lemonade are also non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been notified about a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
